Code of Conduct Survey

Department of Athletics and Activities

The Billings Public Schools invites you to participate in a Code of Conduct survey designed to gauge your opinions on our policies and procedures as related to Athletics and Activities.

We are sending you this survey because we would like to know how our community members, staff and students feel about these topics and to find out how best to improve the policies and procedures that guide our programs. This survey will take approximately ten minutes to complete, and we will use your response to guide our decisions as related to the design of our Code of Conduct for Athletics and Activities.
